I don't know where you are in your copywriting career, but I do know this:

You can take one small victory and spin it into a life of greatness all by believing you can.

 

That's what I did more than 38 years ago. You can do the same thing.

The funny thing is that it's a secret so basic, so powerful, it’s almost incredible.

I think if I could shout it off the side of a mountain, I would, because it’s the singular, most fundamental step towards fulfilling your life’s goals. Yet few people really believe this.

The fact is, the greatest gift you can give yourself is the ability to acknowledge the positive things that happen in your life — everyday accomplishments, no matter how small they may be — and deem them as victories.

 

Over time, these victories will accumulate, link together into a chain that you can build on and use as your personal rope to climb to your highest aspirations. I’m talking about getting back to basics here.

 

This is how I turned my ability to write a sales letter into a lifelong income stream as a copywriter — all one small victory at a time.

Whatever small victory you might have achieved in your copywriting journey, your tenacity is the important part of the equation here — you have the ability to empower yourself.

 

At any point in your life — even right now.

To take one success and apply it over and over. In my case, I recognized my ability to communicate with people was the best thing I had going for me. It was the stepping stone I needed to achieve my aspirations.

Your copywriting journey will be different, of course, but just as imperative, just as revealing, and just as dramatic and fulfilling.

You have within you a core of wisdom, common sense, and moral fiber that serves as your source of inspiration and guidance.
