Visit the relevant networks, communities, and platforms where talented copywriters congregate.  

Join marketing associations. 

Attend conferences. 

Read copywriting posts, leave comments, and engage with the writers. 

Then, reach out to those who seem like a good fit.

In other words, instead of fishing for them, you go hunting for them.
